The location of this place is amazing, with a short walk to a hilltop offering stunning views of the Swiss mountains and a popular street filled with restaurants, the staff is top-notch, and the room even has a small balcony.

marvellous location, only 15 minutes walk from the center. comfy bed in the big size room. the staff - extremely friendly and amicable.

Conveniently located near Casa Croci, so you won't have to go far. the building and rooms are pretty nice, plus they come with a fridge to keep your drinks cold. 🏨

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed! the location was ideal as it was situated right in front of the famous restaurant street in a quiet neighborhood. The convenience of having delicious dining options just steps away was incredible. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities, including a balcony overlooking the pool on the lowest floor and a fridge. Finally, the breakfast provided fresh home baked croissants that were simply delightful!

Everything was absolutely perfect!

The hotel's renowned fondue specialties are truly a culinary experience! I felt like I was indulging in a symphony of flavors, with each bite taking me on a delicious journey. The fondue chinoise and bourguignonne were especially memorable, leaving me wanting more.

Pool area needs improvement.

The room at Hotel Morgana was absolutely amazing! The bed was so comfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The pillow menu was a nice touch, allowing me to choose the perfect pillow for a great night's sleep. The view from the room was breathtaking, with stunning mountain views that made me feel so relaxed. Plus, the free WiFi and minibar were fantastic bonuses!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the hydromassage shower. It just wasn't my cup of tea, but I understand that others might enjoy it.

Our New Year's stay was fantastic! the hotel's prime location amidst the famous restaurant street and the proximity to Foxtown Outlet Mall made it very convenient for us to shop, eat and explore the vibrant city. the welcoming staff was super friendly, always going the extra mile to make our experience even better. the rooms had modern decor and were kept in pristine condition.

Although the hotel was clean, we had to climb up three flights of stairs with our bags and it was not the pleasant experience we were hoping for. the breakfast options looked overcooked and unappetizing during peak hours.

I always come back to this hotel because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and 24-hour security. The staff even helped take care of my elderly parents once. It's perfect for me and has a great seasonal outdoor pool. Can't wait to be back for Christmas.

The breakfast spread was adequate and gave us a good start to our day. The staff were pretty good too take care of our laundry, even though it wasn't a service they usually provided.
